Transportation can be improved surely between Padang Besar-Hatyai and back.

Location was great.

The hotel should have recommended a seamless transfer from Hatyai to Padang Besar KTM station. Instead we had to stop at Padang Besar and alighted before the customs and then was exposed to transport touts bargaining for the short ride to the railway station.

Room is very basic and clean. Location of hotel is excellent. Right in the city center and very convenint to look for food and shopping.

The hotel lift was out of order when we arrive and only accessible by 4pm. We have to use the stairs. Size of lift is also very small.

Good location ,right infornt of the hotel was the night Market as well as the shopping mall name central. Lee Garden, Kim yong Market, 7-11,watson and currency exchange was next to the hotel lobby all are walking distance and it was very convenient for me.

Call to reception request for toilet tries as I doesn't want other people enter to my room, but housekeeper never sent it to my room. I had to went down to the lobby ask about it and receptionist told me that housekeeper not inside the office. They should tell to the guest during tel-conversation.An air-condition was leaking on the first day during my stay, pls ask related department to check as that was very unconvinced during the stay.

Convenience location near night market, 7-eleven and etc. Bell boy staff service is good and friendly.

Reception staff not friendly without smiling when check-in/out. Poor room hygiene and smelly. About the taxi service, the driver is good & friendly. But feel like was cheating on taxi fees. When we ask for the enquiry on front desk, they said 700batt is sending us to go thailand custom and add more 200batt for direct send us go in the padang besar train station, so we decided to pay total 900batt to booking their taxi. But the driver just send us till thailand custom. So need to paid more 200batt to another taxi send us to go in padang besar. Very feel angry for this was like cheating what the reception told us paid 900batt taxi will send us go in padang besar.

Convenient location in the middle of a happening area.

Convenient location in the middle of a happening area. Recommended to stay here if you intend to come to Hat Yai.

The WiFi was terrible. Unable to get reception in the room and had to chill at the lobby. Suggest that the hotel put routers at every floor.

The location is so convenient to walk around the Lee Plaza, Central Mall, Odean, Kim Yong Market & etc. The bed is so comfy and the room is clean. I had a good night sleep.

A great hotel, worth the price paid. Recommended

This trip was planned for my birthday and anniversary. It's was a great experience upon arrival.. they allowed me & my wife to get the room by 11am after the long journey by train.. The room and hotel was nice.. Clean and look new.. My wife was surprised with the room deco made by them upon my request. Unfortunately I can remember the receptionist & bellman names upon my arrival. I can't thank them enough with their participant to surprise my wife. thanks anyway to the team that following up the deco till my arrival to the hotel. Room completed with standard facilities, definitely valued the price paid. My room was located at new C wing, I guess.. The location was superb as main entrance of hotel was in front of the food street, luckily our wing C entrance located in other side hence no need to face the crowd at the main entrance. It is very convenient for us, all store within walking distance.. I would say that I can't see any other issue to highlight other than our great experience with this hotel. Anyway a round big applause to your team that make it our trip memorable. Even we didn't reach home yet, my wife talking about coming back here with my kids. Definitely will be back to this hotel with my 2 little kids.

I was over charged even when it was the faulty of the staff.

I was over charged even when it was the faulty of the staff. The manager denied to call up the staff who were working a day before to confront. Be very particular on the service and the facilities in the room. The mat for bathroom was not given. And they said we lost and charged us Thb 400.

Unpleasant stay

Location is good very easy to access not difficult to locate the hotel . Opposite a lot of eateries and shopping . Vegetarian Festival event were right in front of our hotel.

The room wall is thin , too noisy at night , can hear very clearly people their conversation and even foot walking noises . Very disappointed and the bed is not comfortable at all . Room were smelly and lightings were dim. Small room.

Overall was a clean and quiet room for short stay, it was a new building behind the Grand Pink Hotel

In the city center, good location for eatery and shopping arcade.

The check in staff not friendly enough, i booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms ready for checked in by asked me waited for 1 hour since there was empty room in others floor. Why not told me earlier and after more than half hour i waited and i asked her then only told me got empty room in others floor? Very disapponted with this staff, not smile at all.

If the price per night was cheaper then it would be OK for one night, but no frills or luxuries.

Hotel concierge very helpful, gave us some good tips and directions, also arranged a room service massage at a good rate.

Hotel pictures on Booking.com do not represent the hotel, it is a lot more dated and rundown than the pictures show. The Entrance to the hotel is very confusing as there are three different wings, each with their own reception and entrance!! Ours in wing C was at the rear of the hotel which you got to by a different road, or by going in through A wing and out by the back door to wing C?. Bed was very hard for my taste, but the room was very clean and the room large.

TV was not working well. Staff at the reception was not friendly nor helpful. Porter service was rather poor. Half way, we end up having to carry our baggages as the guy went missing!
